Established in the region of Touraine, France, famous for its castles, Le moulin du Couvent converts raw fish to smoked fish
:

Salmon, Loire eel, haddock, halibut wordfish, tuna, marlin, trout and brenne carp*. (Regional product).

We can also provide for special recipes e.g Salmon marinated with tea.


We prepare a large range of produce, such as :

  • Whole smoked salmon, short slices ideal for a platter, available in : 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 ou 70 grams,


  • We can slice the salmon lengthways to canapés,


  • Special cuts : (Tagliatelle,steak etc.)
