Norwegian Smoked Salmon

In order to maintain a high quality product we place a lot of importance in the raw material. That why we have put in place our suppliers a requirement document for fish farms in Norway, Scotland, Ireland.

Wild Swedish Smoked Salmon

This product is only available during the fishing season (October to April) as we only use fresh salmon.

Organic Scotish Smoked

We have been certified by "Ecocert"* since 2004 for the filet of organic scotish smoked salmon, wish is smoked whole and sliced by hand.

Salmon marinated with Dill

This salmon is marinated slowly at 0/c to which we add wild dill that we grow ourselves.

Marco Polo Salmon

This salmon is marinated with slightly smoked herbs. This is a receipe we created for opening of Eurodisney, Marne la Valle. Due to the increased demand for Marco Polo Salmon we have registed a trade mark.
