Smoked fish

Wild Smoked Loire Eel, from the Loire*, the longest river in France

Caught by professionnal fishermen along the banks of the Loire river. We smoked it whole. The result is tasty with a crisp texture

Smoked Halibut

Imported whole from Iceland, we filet it and smoke if the traditionnal way, wich gives it a pale yellow colour.

Smoked Cods Roe

Produced in Iceland, the eggs are poached then smoked.

Pacific Ocean Fish

We source a range of fish from the pacific ocean. fished by long-line therefore non intensive fishing, the fish are then filleted on board before they are sent to us for smoking.

Swordfish, marlin, albacore tuna
